As part of your scheduled inspection, maintenance items, such as batteries and standard light bulbs, will be replaced as needed during scheduled property checks. We will also replace one standard HVAC filter and inspect the humidifier (if applicable).
Specialty bulbs, sealed fixtures, custom HVAC filters, and additional maintenance materials may require additional charges.
